The goal of these improvements is to make delivery processes more convenient and efficient, as well as to enhance the customer experience by using the Customer Dashboard to place orders. <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The link to the Customer Portal already available on the website is now connected to the new system. The transition will take place gradually over the next couple of weeks. <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Until further notice, please continue to create shipments using the current system:<br\/><a href=\"http:\/\/prod-customer.citycarrier.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Prod-customer.citycarrier.com<\/a><\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Tracking for shipments created in the old system will remain available there for the time being.
